These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 788wi ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 788wi website at https://788wi.org, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 788wi Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

788wi processes all player funds in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Online, and Meezan Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change; refer to the cashier section of your account for the most current options.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account. 788wi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise specified.
• 788wi reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited, the applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of any associated winnings.
• 788wi reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of an ongoing account review, fraud investigation, or identity verification process.

788wi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 788wi promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified Pakistani players aged 21 and above only. 788wi reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific account types, deposit tiers, or geographic segments.

All content on the 788wi Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, graphic designs, game interfaces, software, source code, written content, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 788wi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 788wi.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use the 788wi brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools or manual processes.

Any unauthorised use of 788wi's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property laws.

788wi collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 788wi may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Either you or 788wi may close your account at any time. The process and consequences vary depending on the party initiating the closure:

Closure by You: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the 788wi support team via live chat. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts closed at the player's request with outstanding wagering requirements may have associated bonus funds removed prior to final withdrawal processing.

Closure by 788wi: 788wi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
